THE NEW LANDSCAPE FOR ASSOCIATIONS

As we emerge from the transformative years of COVID-19, the operational landscape for many of our member associations and their executives has significantly evolved. In this interactive roundtable discussion, we will all share and explore the new norms and challenges we’re facing in our states, and how these dynamic changes are reshaping the way our societies are functioning.

For example, in New York City there’s been a shift to reduce association headquarters space, or go fully remote, and the trend of expanding hiring practices to include candidates from across the country. This has greatly impacted NYSAE membership. Holly will share more insights and research gained from her NYSAE Future Directions Task Force. Their reports and recommendations ultimately led the leadership to make the important decision to rebrand.
