About this Roundtable:Many associations and organizations have a strategic plan but lack the clarity needed to support it fully. Strategic clarity acts as the foundation for a successful plan—like the plate on which the entrees are served. In this facilitated roundtable session, Mark will explore six critical questions every leadership team and organization must answer to achieve alignment and focus:

About the Facilitator: Mark Kenny has partnered with hundreds of teams—spanning team coaching, leadership development, and software implementations—to eliminate territorial divides and foster collaboration. With a background in corporate IT and over a decade as the founder of a software company, Mark saw first-hand how true success hinges on teamwork. Today, he helps leaders build cohesive, aligned, high-performing teams.
