Designing Events That Meet Members Where They Are
Every association event pulls attendees in different directions. This session introduces a four-stage framework to give the room shared language for talking about attendee needs.
From there we turn to the network itself. What are SAEs already doing well that others haven't picked up on yet? We'll surface those ideas together and name what's blocking adoption. The goal isn't to hit all four stages every time. It's figuring out which ones matter most for your members and designing around that.

What's Your Ice Cream Machine?
Your members are frustrated. Your staff is exhausted. And somewhere in your organization, there's a broken machine everyone has quietly accepted as just… the way things are.
This is a hands-on leadership session that helps association executives identify the "always broken" clogs in their organizations, and fix them without a new budget, a new platform, or a board vote.

AI in Online Education: What's Actually Working
AI is already reshaping how associations run online education, from course promotion to operations to content design. This session digs into real, concrete examples and lessons learned, not theory. Attendees will leave with ideas they can adapt regardless of where their organization stands on AI adoption today.
