Who Is ALC

The Association Leadership Coalition is a network of the executives and staff who lead state, regional, and international societies of association executives. In plain terms, the people who run the organizations that support association professionals across the country.

Who is in the room

ALC members are the chief staff executives of their societies, along with the teams who work alongside them. Each one runs an organization of their own, which means the person across the table is not a vendor or a consultant. It is a peer who understands the job because they are living it too. That is what makes the exchange candid, and it is why the connection holds up year after year.
